What is wrong with the people of Delhi?

Such a callous and heartless attitude is really disappointing..Agreed that each of us is busy in our lives but there is a term called ’humanity’..no matter what,,nothing can be important than a person’s life..God forbidden,,such an incident can happen with any one of us..in such an insecure city when we know that those useless cops will nothing for us,,we should be considerate about each other..I pity those people who refused to help,,they are unable to understand the value of a person’s life,,shamelessly thinking about their seat covers...Gosh!!!this is such a disgusting attitude..I really want to take up this issue, I am starting a NGO to lend a hand to all those needy and helpless people who lie in the misery of nature and our crude delhiites despite seeing the pain leave them,,unbothered..If you can spare a few moments out of your busy lives,,come lets join hands together,let us fight for a cause, let us a make a difference to people’s lives and most of all in our lives..Ulitimately God is watching us..

It is shameful indeed, Where has the humanity gone? The same incident had happened near Delhi-Noida border some 15 days ago and the policemen of two police posts were busy in deciding in which area the place was. How inhumane we have become that we don’t have time to help any needy person.

Such inhuman incidents occur not only in Delhi but I believe every Indian city has witnessed such indifference of its citizens. A few days back in a similar incident in Howrah, just next to Kolkata, a man was left to die on the road and nobody came forward to help the old man. Even after his death the local police were reluctant to carry away his dead body. While India is moving ahead and its rich are becoming richer, we are losing our human nature.

Sensitivities of Indians are dying fast. It is an area in which we are attaining new heights. But let us ponder that are we all not a part of this changing scenario. How many us ever came to rescue of a victim on the road. Everyone of us is in a hurry and does not want to ’waste’ his or her time. The Trauma division of the state remains as callous as it was in the past. It has failed grandly and gravely to rise to the increasing role which is expected from it. We only react when such ugly incident occurs to some one near and dear to us or when we read stories of such ’inhuman’ approach by our brethren in newspapers during our leisure hours.
