According to a Planning Commission report, while India is short of six lakh doctors, 10 lakh nurses and two lakh dental surgeons, Indian doctors who have migrated to developed countries form nearly 5% of their medical workforce.

Are Planning commission reports a mere hoax. The state of Himachal offers 30 seats overall including room for reservations. The already passed out ones are waiting for their turn to get placed for over 5 years now. What good are these reports, they don’t change anything in the country, a sheer waste of time and money, nothing else.
