I am reminded of the Everest incident over ten years ago that killed Fischer and Hall, two of the most respected and admired climbers/guides of that time. But even in that incident, it was only eight people who died in a single day.

It must be hell for Marco to come back without any of his friends. Hope he continues to climb from peak to peak.
