Ever given a thought that washing the veggies and fruits bought from the market with water would make them perfectly clean? Sorry to say but the latest tests prove that merely using water as cleansing agent does not leave them all clean.

What about cleaning pesticide residue? I’d be more concerned about that than actual dirt.

i usually clean it just with warm water and food grade antibacterial soap, it works well for me
i normally just washed it with plain water, my momma said, the nutrition will loose if we clean it too much
